What are your delivery options?

Standard Delivery: Orders processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping includes non-signature delivery confirmation with $50.00 insurance coverage. If you would like to purchase additional insurance or upgraded shipping let us know when you place your order.

Express Delivery:

Must order by 3 p.m for an additional $25.00 - Delivered in the next two business days after order confirmation.

Holidays and weekends, orders ship the next business day, via USPS Priority Mail

 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Do you provide International delivery?

We do not provide international delivery at this time.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of product being head wear, we must be sure to offer our products in a sanitary manner. Due to hygiene reasons all purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable. We want you to be happy with your purchase therefore, we suggest that you measure the circumference of your head with a measuring tape before placing order to ensure correct fit.  All of our turbans are one size fits most.(OSFM - size 21 -23 inches).

 

When taking the measurement of your head be sure to begin from the center of your forehead. Pull tape around the outside the ears and continue down around the bottom of the base of the neck (where you want your turban to be placed while wearing). Then back up the other side to meet the tape in the middle of your forehead. If you don't have a measuring tape you can use a string or ribbon and then place on a ruler or yard stick to check the length. This way you are making sure  the circumference of your head  is within the size of the turban (21-23  inches) before placing your order.

*For safety reasons, Do not use a metal tape to measure your head.

Our collection of turbans may have only 1-6 of each design from special prints and solids (with the exception of basic colors such as black, white, yellow, beige, reds, etc. )

We strive to offer various fabric selections for our customers at all times. Our Turbans are created in a non-smoking, non-pet environment and Made in the USA.

Turbans have been carefully handcrafted to create its one-of-a-kind appearance and unique characteristics. Natural variations in fabrics are to be expected***NO TWO ITEMS ARE IDENTICAL***

Our turbans are pre-sewn for ease of use from a Exclusive Custom Designed Pattern and Technique allowing the turban to be worn various ways on the head while providing full coverage. Our products come in an array of wonderful colors, prints and variety of soft stretch knits. Our Turbans are also tag-less, and seamless for better comfort..

Considering all our Turbans are custom made, we resupply site with new items when they become available. An alert will be sent to our email list when new items are  posted.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of any order and to accept or reject any order.

All products are inspected and photographed before packing to ensure they are not damaged or defective when shipped.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Hand or machine wash your turban in a lingerie bag. Use warm/cool water on the gentle setting (as you would any of your fine dedicates) and air dry or in dyer on cool setting.. It is suggested that after washing you ring the turban in a towel to remove excess water before drying.
